You have to pull out the Sword of Rage before you carry on.
A project from Meine Damen und Herren with Gob Squad
‘Until now, you’ve always thought of us as being funny, nice and grateful. But we’re angry. And it’s important that you know this’
The Hamburg-based group Meine Damen und Herren, together with Gob Squad, uses the powerful emotion of “anger” as its driving force. “Calm down! Count to ten!”
Why aren’t we allowed to be angry, even though we have every reason to be? When is anger a force that drives us forward, and when would it be better to count to ten first?
